Innovation and excellence is achieved when we bring the world’s best practitioners together in a contemporary, multidisciplinary educational forum. That’s why we’ve been successfully hosting Australasia’s premier conference in cosmetic medical practice since 1999. Register early to avoid disappointment!

Cosmetex provides a unique forum for us to get together, share our experiences and learn from each other. As cosmetic medical and cosmetic surgical procedures are ever more in demand, the need to stay abreast of developments in the industry and stay ahead of the hype is intensified. Raising standards and protecting patients is the ethos of the Australasian College of Cosmetic Surgery & Medicine and I’m sure you’ll be impressed when you see the range of topics to be covered in our program – there are gems waiting for you to take away.

Our hand-selected keynote speakers are trailblazers and torchbearers, renowned for their expertise and influence. They are thought leaders, innovators, and pioneers, who are passionate about the cosmetic industry and industry-changing technology and innovation.

What Cosmetex delegates are saying

"Feeling beyond grateful and honored to have attended the 2-days Cosmetex 24 in Sydney and to have received FACCSM -The fellowship in cosmetic medicine at the fellowship ceremony. It was an incredible experience learning from some of the best international speakers in the industry. Thanks Dr Ron @ronald.feiner.1 for being a great mentor and role model. My study group (Paul and JP) @paulsmd @drjeanpaulchung, you were a great company during this journey. The legend Dr Hamadani @drfadihamadani you made a great contribution to the conference with your knowledge and presence. And Prof HH Nguyen @dr.nguyenhongha, it was a great to learn from your experienced approach to the fillers associated serious complications. Lastly, thanks @accsm.org.au . Can't wait to continue growing and evolving in this ever-changing field. #cosmetex24 #FACCSM #cosmeticmedicine #grateful".

Had an incredible time at Cosmetex 2024 in Sydney! Grateful for the opportunity to learn the latest in non-surgical aesthetics, connect with industry leaders from around the world, and bring back knowledge that will enhance patient outcomes. Excited to apply these insights to deliver even better results! #Cosmetex2024 #AestheticMedicine #ContinualLearning #PatientCare

"Cosmetex 2022 was a breath of fresh air, the standard of presentations was overall much higher than we have become accustomed to with so many conferences, and the venue selection allowed for a more intimate function, no cast of thousands in which you lose yourself in a sea of young faces who seem to be there more for the glam and social media opportunities. Cosmetex 2023 is shaping up to be even better and is highly recommended for those who want to get up to speed with all the latest".

"As a Cosmetic Doctor and registrar with Australasian College of Cosmetic Surgery and Medicine, I had the pleasure and honour of attending Cosmetex 2022 in Sydney . Cosmetex is one unique event, it showed how practitioners are very well welcomed and supported in the field. Cosmetex provided us the rarer opportunities to meet and greet international and local speakers and mentors. It is a very welcoming educational and social event for all practitioners. I strongly recommend Cosmetex for continuity of professional development and network building. Thank you for the great event".

"Cosmetex was a great opportunity for Medical and Surgical Fellows to re-visit and expand their knowledge in both fields to enhance their Cosmetic practices. Given the current medico political climate the ACCSM and its Fellows need to be at the forefront and leaders in the practice of Cosmetic Surgery and Medicine. It is always a great venue to catch up with colleagues and friends especially from interstate. I would highly recommend and endorse attendance at Cosmetex 2023".

"Fabulous conference with great content and collegiate spirit, without the hoopla".

FACIAL ANATOMY - HANDS ON CADAVER TRAINING WORKSHOP

2025 CADAVER WORKSHOP - FULLY SUBSCRIBED - REGISTER YOUR INTEREST FOR 2026 AT admin@accsm.org.au

Saturday 15 August, 2026
Limited places, limit of 5 delegates per specimen

The ACCSM is once again proud to present a rare opportunity to participate in our 2nd “Hands-On” cadaver anatomy workshop.

The workshop will take place on  Saturday 15 August, 2026 in Sydney immediately following our ever brilliant COSMETEX 26 conference.

An appreciation of anatomy is fundamental to achieving excellence in procedural aesthetic medicine. Unlike most other anatomy workshops where participants are merely confined to a passive observatory role, our workshop is a genuinely “Hands-On” experience.

Our inaugural cadaver workshop in 2024 was a huge success with participants expressing what an unprecedented and highly valued experience it was to be actively involved in anatomy dissecting in an entirely relevant context to our field of clinical aesthetic procedures.

This year participants will again have the opportunity to inject colourised fillers and follow-up with dissections to explore whether their deposition was into intended layered anatomy. There will also be opportunity to practice injecting hyalase in/near the supra orbital foramen and to observe the effect of different dilutions of hyalase on the filler that was injected. Furthermore this year we will introduce ultrasound interrogation “on-cadaver” to create further context to contemporary clinical practice. With limited places available for ACCSM fellows and trainees, we expect the workshop to sell out very quickly, so to avoid disappointment we strongly suggest registration ASAP.

Register online when you register for Cosmetex, simply add to cart at checkout.  To register for the Cadaver Workshop alone, please click on the 'Enqurie Now' button below and the admin team will respond to you.

Cost: $2,000 including GST
