Constitution
The College constitution sets out the rules governing the operation of the College and provides the College with methods that can be used to resolve disputes, outline the College’s basic expectations, and they define the rules governing the company’s directors and shareholders regarding the company’s operations, the roles and responsibilities of members and directors and rules which govern various internal management activities such as Council elections and meetings of members.
All College members' are bound by the constitution.
By-Laws
The College By-Laws set the rules and procedures that govern the internal management and operations of the College. Council created the By-Laws during the College’s formation, and they can be amended as needed.
College By-Laws cover topics including the roles and responsibilities of the Board of Censors, and procedures for meetings, voting, and other activities.
By-Laws are important for consistent, transparent corporate governance and provide a clear framework for how decisions are made and how business is conducted.
